Yeah, we get that a lot.

Social incentive sharing is empowering your customers to share a discount or a deal with their friends and family and then you reward them for doing it.  It’s kind of like a referral, except that a referral requires a personal recommendation of your product or service.  And, it isn’t usually accompanied with a coupon.  Social incentive sharing is doing what people already do naturally, tell their friends about the products and services they use and like, but it is coupled with allowing them to personally share  a coupon, which is something else people are looking for – especially these days.  And, the icing on the cake is the fact that they get rewarded for sharing the coupon.  That reward can really be anything, even a robust thank you.  The point is that people like to be acknowledged and if you do make the effort to acknowledge someone for talking about you, you have created a much more loyal customer.  And that, my friends, is what social incentive sharing is all about!
