What is a referral?
Every time you get a lead we count that as a referral. Leads can be acquired when someone sends a referral a message direct via email or when a referral requests the offer via a social post or through someone’s personal sharing link.
How long do I have to commit for?
As long or as little as you want. After your thirty day trial, you pay for the month in advance. You can cancel anytime you like with one simple click of a button in you’re my Account section.
What if I want to change plans?
Changing plans is simple and easy and can be done by clicking the Upgrade Plan button on your dashboard. Keep in mind that you pay the month in advance so if you change plans before month end, you will be paying double so try and make changes right before your next billing cycle.
What if I want to run multiple campaigns?
Your referral campaign is tied to a unique web address so you can only have one campaign per account. You can change your campaign details any time you want for testing purposes, but if you want to have more than one referral campaign at a time, you need additional subscriptions.
How long will it take to set up?
Everyone is different, but most people can set up a campaign in just a few minutes to a couple of hours. The time it takes really depends on how customized you want to make everything. You have design and content control over every aspect of the campaign, but we start you off with some stock images and basic marketing messages. What you do from there is up to you!
What if I need help?
We have added little bits of help all over the place. You will find videos, an onboarding walk through and after you sign up, you will be sent an Owner’s Manual to help you through the process. But, we are here for you to help in any way we can. We are just a simple email away!
